All New DevStudio
DevStudio application is upgraded to Angular 12 version along with a lot of UI improvements in terms of colors and layouts. Enjoy the smooth experience in the new version.
Assign a step to a Role(s), Usergroup(s), User(s), Dynamically to selected user(s) simultaneously.
Previous versions this is mutually exclusive, meaning you can assign only one step to one of them at any time. This is enhanced so that you can assign a step to all of them or some of them. This helps admins to assign pending queues to Roles, Usergroups, Users at the same time for quick action on the pending records.
Send Emails to Roles(s), Usergroups(s), Users(s) simultaneously
Email step is enhanced to configure email notifications to all of the above similar to manual step assignment above. When added all the members of Role, Usergroup, Individual or Dynamic users will receive notifications now.
New Field types: DateTime, Time
Add Date Time and Time fields to service requests or objects to capture timestamps or only the time component of a day in 24hr format. Users can switch to Calendar View (Calendar Icon) from Admin Portal where they see the records based DateTime fields.
New Field types: Relational with Usergroup
You can create a relational field with Usergroups now. This helps in scenarios where a service request/object record needs to be associated with a group of people instead of a single user and send notifications to all the Usergroup members.
Goto Services > Steps (tab) > Data (tab) > Add Field > Select type as “Relation” > Scroll all the way until you see Usergroup as one of the option > Select it
Country Code field added to User Profile
Country code added to User Profile to capture this information. This will help to receive SMS notifications when using Stackyon through Mobile App. If you would like to receive OTP to reset your forgotten password, you can update your profile to add country code for your mobile number.
NOTE: Please update your profile to save country code along with your phone number.
Support for more Screen sizes
DevStudio is also enhanced to be responsive for Desktop screen sizes starting from 1280 to 1920.

Upload Bulk Object Records using Excel file
You can upload up to 20,000 records in a single Excel file for uploading the object records. You can download the Excel template from the same screen.
Option 1: Goto Manage Objects > Goto Object > Click dropdown button under “Add Object” > Select Upload File
Option 2: Goto to any list view > Click dropdown under “Add Object” > Select Upload File
Regions
Users will be able to see their data at Region level going forward. If they are added to multiple regions by Administrator, they will be able to switch to any assigned regions which will show data related to that region.
Team Members
Users with permission Create User permission will have the option to add other users or their team members directly. The previous version allows only the Administrators to create users from DevStudio portal.
